Notes on this release.

This version contains a number of corrections to the Telecom model. This includes some changes to numbers, some changes to calculations and some text changes. For more details see the bug track.

In addition, I have made some changes to try and stop the program having any error messages. However some still remain. This usually happens at the end of the calculations, and it is caused because Intercomp cannot redraw the screen correctly. You can usually just click on OK and continue or in the worst case, quit the program and start Intercomp again. The team program also sometimes has an error message when you exit the program. Again annoying but happens after the team's decision is saved.

Notes on this release.

This version corrects the tech sales support figures. It also corrects a problem in the administrator when viewing the Market Share reports and the Brand Perception reports: it was not possible to move accross the columns with the cursor keys.

This version needs some testing of the team application.

This version tries to improve the usability of the simulation. The administrator manual has been rewrittem and we have added some feedback boxes which tell the administrator what just happened and what his next step should be.

There are still the occasional "Application Error" type errors when using the application. Also the calculations still need some more checking. As always I add all new tasks to the Bug Track.

Notes on this release.

This replaces the version 2007-11-23, which had a bug when copying the program file. This was due to me trying to be too clever. All that code has been removed, and now copying the program file is a simple copy file.

Corrects export to Excel Graphs. Some graphs are still missing data.

Known Issues with this release

I've searched the forums and the only real solution to the problem related to the conflict with the virus scan software, is to disable access to .dat, .idx and .blb files.

However for the administrator I have changed the folder where the temporary files from a temporary folder to a subfolder of the database folder.

So please remove any restrictions that you have placed in the virus scan software and run Intercomp just to see if the problem is still occuring for you. As an aside this obviously does also depend on how the virus scan software is working.
